Founded in 1985, AirCom provides businesses with state-of-the-art service, single-point accountability and communication — from HVAC repair, maintenance, and service to new construction, engineering, plumbing and electrical services.

AirCom's staff is comprised of technicians, engineers, and support personnel to provide consistent HVAC service repair, engineering, plumbing, and electrical to include energy management retro fit programs and installation throughout Northern California.

Over 30 radio-dispatched trucks, and factory trained technicians are on-call 24 hours everyday. We guarantee the best on-site response time in the industry of 2 hours or the call is free. AirCom warranties their work for 5 years, labor and parts. AirCom strives to build the most consistently reliable commercial service experience for its customers.

Service & Repair
We'll repair, service, and consistently maintain any commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing or electrical system, and we'll stand behind our work for 5 years.

Predictive HVAC Maintenance
AirCom makes it easy for you to keep your HVAC systems running at 100% of design. When you're covered by a service agreement, AirCom technicians will check your systems regularly to help keep them operating properly.

Air Testing & Abatement
We'll analyze your facility to OSHA clean air standards while testing continually and improving the quality of the indoor-air in your facility.

Construction & Engineering
AirCom Mechanical designs or modernizes HVAC, plumbing or electrical systems. We'll then install it and maintain it for you.

Energy Management
Whether upgrading an existing system or installing a new system, AirCom's EMS Division will analyze, engineer and provide the most cost effective system for your facility. After installation you can depend on AirCom's continual monitoring and maintenance to ensure the highest level of benefits from your EMS System.
