Customers who contract for our Class III maintenance service, receive our comprehensive HVAC service on an annual basis, which covers four critical areas of HVAC operations.

Class lll Service includes the AirCom 5-year major labor and parts limited warranty on any HVAC parts we install and maintain.

  • Annual environmental monitoring and documentation.
  • Measures and documents indoor levels of carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, temperatures and relative humidity.

  • HVAC hygiene preventive maintenance program.
  • Testing for a range of airborne allergens and microbial contaminants.

  • HVAC equipment inspection.
  • Inspect and evaluate critical and ancillary components of HVAC systems.

  • High-efficiency filters, belts and biocide-pan pad replacement service.

Before beginning preventive maintenance programs, many AirCom clients choose to assess the overall "health" of their buildings by testing indoor-air quality as part of an AirCom Facility Survey and Analysis.
