The AirCom Difference
We've designed our customer experience around eight points. These comprise our promise to you.
- When you place your service call, we'll give you the name of the technician
who'll be there, and when to expect him or her.
- Our technician will arrive knowing your recent HVAC history.
- You will be given our technicians name and on-site response time.
- You will receive a follow-up from AirCom the very next business day, explaining the service or
maintenance we performed and your system's current status.
- We will handle requests for new systems, modifications, and
engineering, to new or existing HVAC systems in-house, streamlining your processes and reducing delays.
- You will know what you're authorizing because our Service Manager will explain to you his [or her]
assessment of what is or isn't happening in your HVAC, plumbing or electrical system problem at hand.
- We will respect your HVAC budget and work to stay within it.
For Maintenance Customers
In addition, with a preventive maintenance program from AirCom:
- Within 2 hours of placing your emergency service call, we'll arrive at your facility or you don't pay
for the call.
- You're covered by the best warranty in the country — 5-year labor and parts.
- You're never charged for overtime.
- You're never charged a truck fee.
