With four levels of service to choose from, select the maintenance schedule that works best for your building and its tenants:
Class I - Quarterly
Class II - Semi-annual
Class III - Annual
Class IV - Quarterly (Inspection & Testing only)

Class l Service: Quarterly

  • Mold-culture monitoring
  • Installation of UVAC microbial control system
  • HVAC hygiene maintenance service

  • High-efficiency filters, belts and biocide pan pad replacement service

Class ll Service: Semi-annual

Class lll Service: Annual
