Levels of Service
Once you decide to protect the quality of your indoor-environment with
an AirCom Preventive Maintenance contract, you're guaranteed state-of-the-art service that can catch an impending
HVAC problem before it reaches a critical point.
With four levels of service to choose from, select the maintenance schedule that works best for your building and
its tenants:
Class I - Quarterly
Class II - Semi-annual
Class III - Annual
Class IV - Quarterly (Inspection & Testing only)
Class l Service: Quarterly
- Quarterly environmental monitoring and documentation
- Mold-culture monitoring
- Installation of UVAC microbial control system
- HVAC hygiene maintenance service
- HVAC equipment inspection
- High-efficiency filters, belts and biocide pan pad replacement service

humidity.
Class ll Service: Semi-annual
- Semi-annual environmental monitoring and documentation*
- HVAC hygiene predictive maintenance program
- HVAC equipment inspection
- Hi-efficiency filters, belts and biocide pan pad replacement service

Class lll Service: Annual
- Annual environmental monitoring and documentation*
- HVAC hygiene predictive maintenance program
- HVAC equipment inspection
