  • Modulates steam according to system demand.

  • Check for proper operation, close off and bonnet leakage.
  • Repack, redisc, reseat and lubricate.

    • TRAP
  • Provides economic use of steam.

  • Check element, seat, float and needle valve.
  • Clean as required.
  • Repair or replace maintainable items.

    • TUBES
  • Separates steam and hot water and provides heat transfer surface from the steam to the hot water.

  • Inspect for damage or leaks.
  • Clean as required.

    • SHELL
  • Provides housing for tubes and steam.
    		•
  • Inspect for damage or leaks.
  • Clean and paint as required.
