- AirCom Mechanical completes a thorough equipment survey at no charge.
- AirCom Mechanical provides you a predictive Maintenance proposal that includes a "Not to Exceed"
annual HVAC budget.
- If you exceed your budget before the end of your annual agreement, all remaining service calls, repairs and parts
replacements are free for the remainder of the agreement.
